Please note that our physical products are manufactured "on-demand." This means the product is created specifically for you at the time of purchase through our third-party printing partners.

• Bespoke Nature: Because these items are made-to-order, they are classified as "custom-made" under UK law.

• Production Times: Because items are made-to-order, shipping times include a "fulfillment" period. We are not responsible for delays caused by our printing partners or courier services.

3. No-Refund Policy for Digital Products

In accordance with the UK Consumer Contracts Regulations, the 14-day "cooling-off" period for digital content is handled as follows:

• Express Consent: By purchasing a digital product (e.g., downloads, PDFs, or digital templates), you agree that the digital content will be made available to you immediately.

• Waiver of Return Rights: You expressly acknowledge that once the download or access to the digital content has begun, you lose your right to cancel the contract or claim a refund. All digital sales are final.

4. Returns and Cancellations

• Change of Mind: Under the UK Consumer Rights Act, the right to return goods within 14 days does not apply to items made to the consumer’s specifications or clearly personalized. As our items are Print on Demand, we cannot accept returns or exchanges for "change of mind" or incorrect size selection.

• Faulty or Damaged Items: If your item arrives damaged or with a manufacturing defect, please contact us at crazycreativemum@outlook.com within 14 days of delivery. Please provide photos of the defect and the packaging. We will arrange for a replacement or a refund at no cost to you.

5. Accuracy of Billing and Account Information

We reserve the right to refuse any order you place with us. You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate purchase and account information for all purchases made at our store. We are not responsible for delivery failures due to an incorrect address provided by the customer.
