Shipping Policy

1. Production & Fulfilment

Every item you order is custom-made just for you. Because we use a Print on Demand process, please allow 2–5 business days for your order to be printed and packed before it is dispatched. This may be slightly longer in busier Seasonal periods.

2. Shipping Times & Rates

Once your order has been fulfilled, estimated delivery times are as follows:

• UK Standard: 2-5  business days.

• International:7-14 business days (depending on destination).

• Please note: Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and the weight of your order.

3. Separate Shipments

To get your items to you as quickly as possible, orders containing multiple different products may be shipped in separate packages. Don’t worry if one item arrives before the others!

4. Tracking Your Order

As soon as your order is on its way, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number (if applicable).

5. Customs & Import Duties

For international orders outside of the UK, please be aware that your shipment may be subject to import duties and taxes once it reaches your country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer.

6. Address Accuracy

Please double-check your delivery address at checkout. We cannot be held responsible for items that are lost or undelivered due to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the buyer.
